Private Parties at Seven Locks

* Registration and Application for Private Parties for the upcoming season will open May 1st, 2026 *

General Information for Parties:

Members of Seven Locks are welcome to host parties at the Pool, subject to certain conditions:

  • Reservations and advanced approval are required if members bring MORE THAN 5 guests.
  • Private parties are limited to a maximum of 30 persons (this includes pool members AND guests).
  • NO private parties (or guests) are permitted on:
    • Memorial Day & Weekend (Fri, 5/22/26 – Mon, 5/25/26)
    • Juneteenth (Fri, 6/19/26)
    • July 4th  &  July 5th
    • Labor Day & Weekend (Sat, 9/5/26 – Mon 9/7/26)
  • Private Parties are subject to the following fees:
    • 5 to 15 people (members AND guests): $300
    • 16 to 30 people (members AND guests): $450
    • Time allocation is 3 hours: 30 min to set up, 2-hour party and 30 min to clean up
  • The fees listed above will cover:
    • Admission of guests to the pool
    • Limited space and reserved tables under the large pavilion for 3 hrs
      • two tables for parties under 15 persons
      • three tables for parties over 15 persons
