Guest Policy – Seven Locks Swim & Tennis Club

All guests must be accompanied by the Member at all times.
Members may host no more than five (5) guests on a single day.
- Hosting more than 5 guests on a single day is considered a “Private Party” and our Seven Locks Private Party Rules and Policies apply.

Daily guest fees are:
- $5 per person per day on weekdays
- $10 per person per day on weekends
- Guest passes are available for purchase through your online account ($25 for 5 credits) or by Venmo, or check at the Guard Desk.
Guest Black Out Dates for 2026 Season:
- Opening Weekend
  - Friday 5/22/26
  - Saturday 5/23/26
  - Sunday 5/24/26
- Memorial Day
  - Monday, May 25th
- Juneteenth Holiday
  - Friday, June 19th
- July 4th Holiday
  - Saturday, July 4th
- Labor Day
  - Monday, September 7th
- Pool-sponsored social events (e.g., late night swim, movie night, etc.)
- * Due to large membership attendance, guests are not allowed during the date/events listed above *
Member Responsibilities when bringing guests:
- Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to the Pool Rules at all times (e.g., NO GLASS).
- Violators of the Pool Rules (members and/or guests) will be requested to leave the pool grounds.
Should members and/or their guest cause a severe violation of the Pool Rules and/or Guest Policies, further disciplinary action may be taken, including fines, termination, or suspension of membership.
